Announcing Dan Fleck-North Dakota Trial Lawyer

Dan focuses his practice in North Dakota and across the country on a broad range of complex cases including Oil Field injuries and accidents, hypoxic-ischemic birth injuries, Erb's Palsy and shoulder dystocia birth trauma, medical malpractice, aviation liability (fixed-wing and helicopter), trucking and auto accidents, pharmaceutical liability, defective nutritional supplements (Olympic and Professional athletes), workplace safety, product liability and sexual abuse by authority figures.

Dan Fleck was admitted to the bar by Order of the Supreme Court of North Dakota on November 29, 2010. Dan is a North Dakota native – he was born in the small farming community of Ashley in McIntosh County. Dan Fleck's practice is based in Jackson, Wyoming, but has represented clients in over 25 states.
