The Spence Law Firm is a firm of trial lawyers representing people
and family businesses, not corporations, nationwide. We are eight partners
and several associated attorneys who are dedicated to fight for the rights
of people who have experienced personal injury, who have suffered the results
of medical malpractice, or whose civil rights have been violated.
Over thirty years of practice in the tradition of the firm's founder, Gerry Spence, continues today as we strive to bring high quality legal representation to ordinary people who may have limited or no financial resources to pursue justice. Gerry Spence remains active in our practice; his presence is a strong force in our ability to successfully represent our clients.
We are able to bring our nationwide reputation, as well as our substantial resources and expertise to bear for each case we take. We often supplement our resources by associating with local attorneys across the country, wherever you reside. In addition to our home base in Wyoming, we also have formal associations with law firms in the Intermountain West - Idaho and New Mexico.
"Affordability" is not a concern for people who seek our help. We work on a contingency fee basis. If we do not win a monetary award for clients, we charge nothing for our services.
The Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory lists The Spence Law Firm in The 2004 Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers, an honor "limited to only the most distinguished law practices; those that have achieved the AV rating.
