R. Daniel Fleck
R. Daniel Fleck was born in Ashley, North Dakota. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1991, and the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1993. After clerking for The Spence Law Firm during law school, Dan served as the Director of Lawyers & Advocates for Wyoming from 1994-1996.
He began practicing with The Spence Law Firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2000.
Dan is admitted to practice law in the State courts of Wyoming and Colorado, and the Federal Courts of Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, District of Columbia, Western Oklahoma and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has represented clients throughout the United States in wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice and work safety accidents. Dan is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association Birth Trauma Litigation Group.
Dan is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association. He is a long time member on the Board of Directors of Lawyers & Advocates for Wyoming, a non profit public interest law firm.
