Amy Wyatt Paralegal

Amy Wyatt was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and spent her childhood between Sioux Falls and Casper, Wyoming before becoming a permanent resident of Casper in 1989. She began her legal career in October of 1995, after working for the Casper Star-Tribune for six years and before graduating from Casper College’s ABA-Approved Paralegal Program. In 1998, she became a Certified Paralegal (CP) through NALA – The Paralegal Association and has since obtained Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) specialty certifications in Civil Litigation, Individual Medical Liability, and Trial Practice. Throughout her career, Amy has assisted attorneys and their clients in all aspects of litigation – from the initial claim through settlement and trial. During that time, she has provided invaluable support to the attorneys with whom she has worked while assisting their clients in navigating the intricacies of litigation.

Amy joined The Spence Law Firm, LLC in January of 2026 to work with Bryan Ulmer as his paralegal, where she looks forward to making meaningful contributions that are beneficial to the firm’s clients.

When Amy is not working as a paralegal, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends; listening to music, watching her favorite television programs, and traveling to national parks. Amy and her husband also enjoy driving their classic vehicles (including Amy’s 1968 Dodge Coronet station wagon affectionately named “Bluebell”), going to car shows, and stock car racing at the Casper and Sheridan, Wyoming Speedways.
