Gabriel has a nationwide practice focused on complex high stakes tort litigation. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has practiced in state, federal, and tribal courts across the country on a variety of matters, including COVID-19 wrongful death litigation, civil rights violations, medical malpractice, product liability, oil & gas explosions, residential explosions, and trucking crashes. He is part of the team, alongside Mel Orchard and Bryan Ulmer, currently leading the prosecution of the meatpacking industry for its callous disregard of worker safety during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic. Gabriel’s cases have been reported on by the NYTimes, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Reuters, Bloomberg News, CNN, NPR, NBC News, ABC News, and John Oliver.
