Kelsey Fleener Associate
Kelsey Fleener grew up in Southwest Wyoming. A state champion golfer, she went on to play Division I golf at the University of Wyoming and Weber State University, earning multiple Academic All-American honors. She later graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2016.
Kelsey learned the values of service and teamwork through collegiate athletics, which inspired her to serve as an officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. As a prosecutor, she handled some of the Army’s toughest cases and earned a reputation for excellence in the courtroom. Her exemplary service led to her selection as one of the Army’s first Special Victim Trial Counsel, where she focused on prosecuting cases involving victims of crime. It was in this role that Kelsey honed her trial skills and discovered her calling: advocating for those who have been harmed by others.
After leaving the Army, Kelsey litigated oil and gas royalty disputes for the Department of the Interior. She is now completing a graduate law degree in Energy and Natural Resources at the University of Oklahoma and teaches Real Estate Law at the University of Wyoming.
Beyond her legal career, Kelsey serves on the executive board of the Wyoming State Golf Association and mentors young athletes as coach of the Wyoming Girls’ Junior America’s Cup golf team, helping them compete against teams from across the nation each year.
