Molly M. McNichol Paralegal

Molly M. McNichol grew up in the greater Philadelphia area achieving her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Misericordia University. After serving Moldova in the Peace Corps, she knew returning to the city life wasn’t in the plan. She now calls Cora, Wyoming her home.

With over 20 years of experience passionately advocating for those who cannot, through research, practical rationalization, and experience, Molly has honed her communication and listening skills while influencing others' independence and health. Molly M. McNichol has recently entered a new career. Starting work at the Spence Law Firm in 2022, as legal assistant to Mike Lutz, she approaches client communication with a compassionate ear and legal with curiosity and new perspectives. So far, the vast legal world has been full of intrigue and discovery approached with grace.

When she isn’t at the office, Molly can be found on her bike with a few hounds following behind or swinging a hammer adding the finishing touches on the home she has built.
