Wyoming Liberty Day Program April 29th
The Spence Law Firm, LLC is proudly sponsoring the upcoming 2011 Wyoming State Bar’s Liberty Day Program. On April 29th, Wyoming lawyers across the state will be going into nearly every fifth-grade classroom to give a one-hour presentation about the United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights and other Amendments.
The program will be delivered in all 23 Wyoming counties this year. Lawyers from the Spence Firm will be volunteering in Teton County schools. Governor Mead and Dean Easton of the University of Wyoming College of Law will both be participating in this year’s effort as the legal community of Wyoming reaches out to Wyoming’s approximately 7,000 fifth-grade students.
As part of the program, students will receive pocket-sized booklets containing copies of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the other Amendments.
