Landmark Victory for Falsely Accused Basketball Star Taurasi

The Law Offices of Howard L. Jacobs, a California affiliated law firm of The Spence Law Firm, recently won a landmark case for basketball star Diana Taurasi. Taurasi had been falsely accused of taking the banned substance, Modafinil, a stimulant prescribed to promote alertness. She has been cleared of all charges.

Howard's work in exposing the laboratory errors ultimately benefited many other athletes who were also falsely accused of taking banned substances, and may lead to the World Anti-Doping Agency suspending the laboratory in Ankara, Turkey.
